Work with Europe's top Odoo talent
You don't become the best surrounded by mediocrity. If you're good at what you do, you want to work with people who make you even better.
You don't become the best surrounded by mediocrity. If you're good at what you do, you want to work with people who make you even better.
That is why we are building a team at 360 ERP that can hold its own against Europe's best in Odoo. People with deep knowledge, strong opinions and enough curiosity to figure out something new every day. Here you get the freedom to do your work your way, and colleagues who probably set the bar just as high as you do.
Quick facts
Quick fact 1
Skills > stripes
Seniority here isn't about age or job title, but about what you can do and what you add.
Quick fact 2
Odoo x human brains x AI
We use the best tech we can find, but you are the one who makes the difference.
Quick fact 3
Employee led
Lots of freedom also means taking responsibility and not waiting for someone to show you how.
Quick fact 4
Smarter together
We don't keep knowledge to ourselves. The more we share, the better the team gets.

Surround yourself with people who know annoyingly much
Being the smartest person in the room doesn't make you better. That is why we bring together Odoo Gurus, developers, consultants, architects, integration specialists, finance experts and AI brains who keep each other sharp. People who are fine with you knocking down their idea, as long as you come up with a better one.

No boss breathing down your neck
Want to go to the gym on a Tuesday afternoon? Fine. Pick up your kid? No problem. Work from somewhere else for a month? If it's practical: why not? We care more about what you contribute than about how many hours your desk chair has seen you. But freedom only works if you pair it with responsibility. Clients and colleagues need to be able to count on you. You organise your own work, raise the alarm when needed and don't wait for a project manager to ask how things are going.
In short: lots of freedom. Zero babysitting.
Maybe we're not for you at all
And that's fine. In fact, we'd rather find out now than after three introductory meetings and a contract.
You'll probably enjoy it here if you…
- Would rather get responsibility than instructions
- Get excited by a problem you don't immediately know the answer to
- Dare to tell a client an idea isn't that smart
- Like to share knowledge instead of guarding it
- Choose standard when standard is simply better
- Use AI to deliver better work, not to think less
You probably won't enjoy it here if you…
- Need a manager to map out every step for you
- Build custom work just because the client asks for it
- Are mostly very attached to your job title
- Take feedback more personally than it was meant
- Need three people to make a decision
- Hear ‘this is how we've always done it’ and think: fair point
Skills we're looking for
We love remote first and a mix of nationalities in our team. But if you don't live in the EU, we can't consider your application, for practical and legal reasons.
As an Odoo architect at 360 ERP you design and implement (custom) Odoo solutions for our clients. Your stamp stands for quality. As an architect you work with clients, analyse their needs, develop modules and provide technical guidance. You do that with a strong knowledge of the Odoo framework, Python and a range of relevant web technologies.
Apply now
No vacancy with your name on it?
Vacancies are only snapshots. Are you absurdly good at Odoo, AI, integrations or something we haven't yet realised we badly need? And do you live in Europe? Then we'd rather hear from you too early than too late.

Our official values? Go on then.
We could of course hang a snazzy poster with five core values here, but they are really only useful when they show up in how we work.
We want to lead the way in tech, AI and everything around it.
Ready to go?
Thinking: these are my people?
Then it's time we talked. Please don't send a cover letter saying you're “looking for a new challenge in a dynamic organisation”. Tell us instead what you're good at and what you want to get even better at.
